She is one of the three known people in the world with this amazingly weird physical condition that is medically termed as hemolacria – a rare physical condition that causes a person to produce tears that are partially composed of blood.
Twinkle spontaneously bleeds from eyes and other parts of her body without presenting any visible wounds.
In fact, she has been the subject of numerous medical research studies and TV shows such as BodyShock and a National Geographic documentary.
More skeptical views hypothesize that the case might be explained by the so called Münchausen syndrome by proxy, meaning her mother, seemingly the only one to witness her bleeding actually starting, is fabricating the story and somehow inducing the effect on the girl.
She not only cries blood through eyes but also bleeds from her skin, scalp and other parts of her body any time with not a single wound or cut and without feeling any pain.
According to some reports, she may be a patient of Type II von Willebrand, a disease that is based on clotting disorders.
Another report says, she may be a patient of Hematidrosis, a rare clinical phenomenon in which the patient sweats blood.
